At the core of this project is a conceptual motion piece for the Born This Way Foundation, exploring mental health through symbolic, character-driven storytelling. Animated figures personify experiences such as NPD, OCD, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder, reframed with humor and empathy. Set within the context of a dating app, the looping sequence reflects the cyclical nature of managing mental health and reframes emotional complexity as a bridge for connection rather than isolation. The result is a playful yet poignant narrative that normalizes mental health challenges while celebrating self-discovery and resilience.

The broader campaign extends this idea of embracing difference with the bold phrase “Stay Weird.”  Posters, packaging, and collateral use a typographic collage of mismatched letterforms to echo diversity and individuality, while abstract compositions of lips and eyes symbolize voice and visibility. Everyday items like coffee cups and socks become subtle carriers of the message, reinforcing that individuality, hidden or visible, is something to be celebrated.
